Tilted IUD?

I got a Paragard IUD back in September. Today, I had some x-rays done at the chiropractor, and it looked like my IUD was kind of off to the side and tilted. Is this bad? I can still feel the strings, and my cervix feels normal. I'm also starting to spot due to my period. I'm going to try to see my gyno this week, but I'm kind of freaking out.
